How do we handle damages that occur during any cleaning service?

When we accept a job and come onto your site or property, we take pictures of every area that we have to set foot in. We notify you of our findings and alert you to anything that we see which may be out of place or that we see as a "Red Flag." After confirming any issues and getting the authorization to proceed, we will notify you immediately of any damage that may occur during the cleaning processes. While our policy states that some things may happen with standard cleaning processes; for example, degraded carpets due to previous water damage, insect damage or other corrosion, our goal is to ensure that our cleaning processes will not impact the existing quality of your properties. If we see that our services are or will cause any type of further degradation or if we accidentally cause any new damage, you will be notified immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
